Organization Capacity Building

Through the support of COSPE- Southern Africa EU Eswatini, the organization implemented an institutional support project to ensure that the Youth Sustainable Development Centre becomes a vibrant and well-functioning youth organization that can address youth issues according to its founding document and relevant institutional development as it strengthened its governance and management structures, policies and systems. The project supported the finalization of the constitution and strategic plan in addition to policy instruments on communication, gender and advocacy, human resources, financial management and code of conduct. The project further managed to capacitate the board of directors on CSOs governance skills and also the staff of the organization on results-based management.
